RPR Technologies LLC
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not a services agreement — work RPR performs for a customer is governed by a separate signed contract.
1. Acceptance
This website is operated by RPR Technologies LLC ("RPR", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. This is not a services agreement
Everything on this website is provided for general information. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, a warranty, a service level commitment, or professional advice, and nothing here creates a contract for services.
If RPR performs work for you, that work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. Accuracy of content
We aim to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, content may become out of date, and descriptions of capabilities, platforms or approaches are general rather than commitments about what will be delivered in any particular engagement.
Statements about what our systems and methods do describe our engineering practice. They are not certifications, audit opinions, or assurances about your organization's legal or regulatory position. You remain responsible for determining what obligations apply to you, and for obtaining your own legal advice about them.
4. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or malicious content through the contact form
- Use automated means to submit the contact form, or to scrape the site in a way that burdens it
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to anyone else
- Use the site in violation of any applicable law
We may rate limit, block, or refuse service to any source that appears to be doing any of the above.
5. Security research
We welcome good-faith reports of security issues. Please report anything you find to security@rprtechllc.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before disclosing it publicly. Please do not access data that is not yours, degrade service for others, or run destructive tests against this site.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, diagrams and text on this site are owned by RPR or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links to this site.
"RPR Technologies", "ddash" and "Still Horizon" are marks of RPR Technologies LLC. Other product, platform and company names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party platform describes systems we integrate with or deploy into; it does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or any reseller relationship unless we say so explicitly in writing.
7. Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RPR harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
