We build it in from the first integration: what a system may do, who may authorize an exception, and what gets written down when it acts.
It is deliberately independent of any one model or provider. Policy, oversight and the record sit around the model rather than inside it, so changing provider is a configuration decision and not a governance rebuild.

See integration detail →Most of what looks like an AI problem is an integration problem. Systems of record disagree, data is re-keyed by hand between them, and nothing has a current view of the whole. Until that is fixed, anything built on top inherits the mess.
We connect through official APIs and webhooks where they exist, and build event-driven bridges where they do not — including legacy applications captured without modifying them. Nothing gets ripped out and nothing gets rewritten.

Once systems are connected and data is trustworthy, automation is the dividend. We start with the work that is measurable and low-risk: the re-keying, the copying, the status updates that someone does forty times a day and occasionally gets wrong.
Every automation ships with validation, retry behavior and a record of what moved where — so when something does go wrong you find out from the system rather than from a customer.

Conversational & Agentic AI

A standard assistant answers a question. An agent acts — resolving routine multi-step work end to end. The difference matters enormously for risk, so we treat it as a governance question first and a capability question second.
Both are connected to real systems and real data rather than a static knowledge base, because an assistant that cannot see the current state of an order is a search box with better manners.

We operate what we deploy. The engineers who built your system are the ones monitoring it, which is the only arrangement under which "we will look into it" means something.
